How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After we have received your order we try to get back to you with a confirmation as soon as possible, hopefully the same day. Depending on the amount of orders etc your confirmation can sometimes be delayed up to a couple of days, but we are always trying to get back to you as quick as we can. Orders placed during weekends or friday evening will get a confirmation early the coming week. When you have received your confirmation and the order has been paid for, your records will be sent off the same or the following day. Delivery times to Europe vary between 2-8 working days depending on the country and amount of records. UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands : 2-3 working days, Italy: 3-5 working days. Records sent within Sweden are usually delivered the next day if 7 records or less. If more than 7 records delivery might take 1-2 extra days. Delivery times to the rest of the world is 3-12 days depending on location. These delivery times are only estimates from the swedish postal service and may vary a lot. We suggest you to add insurance to your order so that the parcel can be trackable. Orders with 8+ records are allways trackable and we can provide you with the tracking number on request.
Can I place an order and pick the records up /have them sent at a later date?
Yes. We can hold your records until a requested date, but you still need to have sent payment within 2 weeks. For special requests such as these it is up to you to contact us with a reminder on the date you want the order delivered.
Will I have to pay customs charges for my order?
All orders from within the EU are free from any customs charges. If you order from outside the EU you might get charged for duty and customs fees, however most smaller packages will make it through customs. We suggest you talk to your local customs office for more information. For any special shipping requests please use the comment box when checking out.
I have not received my records yet!
First thing you should do is contacting your local post office. Often they forget to leave you a note about your undelivered records. If they don't have your package, please contact us at email@example.com. If your order was insured or if it was larger than 8 records we can track your order and start an investigation. For resons that are out of our hands packages will sometimes take a while to arrive. Our experience is that most packages that first seem to be lost will eventually reach you.
What shipping service do you use?
We send all orders using the swedish postals services 1st class airmail which are handed over to your national postal service for delivery.
I have special shipping requests. How do I let you know?
For special shipping requests regarding invoices, customs declaration, packaging etc please use the comment box when checking out.
Is it secure to send my card details over the internet?
Our check-out is secure, which means that all info regarding your order and payment details are sent encrypted over the net. This way you can feel safe leaving your card details over our site. The padlock icon at the bottom of your browser indicates that our check-out is secure.
How do I pay with credit card for the ebay-record I won?
Add a random record from the site to the shopping cart. Complete check-out and choose credit card as payment method. Write in the comment box that you are paying for an ebay-item (include the auction number) and that you don't intend to buy the record added to the shopping cart.
Do you give discount for larger orders?
We try to give a 5-10% discount on larger orders depending on the total value and total quantity of records. We will let you know any time we can offer you a discount, so please don't ask for discounts when placing your orders.
I want to pay with VISA/Mastercard. When will my card be charged?
We are charging your card manually after you have received the order confirmation and before despatching your record, unless requested otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. We do not accept cash, bank cheques, postal money orders, international money orders, nak transfers nor Western Union.
Can I add more records to a previously placed order?
If your order has not despatched yet you are welcome to add to your existing order. Please check the "I want to add to an existing order"-box during check-out. Note; If we haven't received payment within 2 weeks from the date you received the order confirmation your order will be cancelled. Adding records to your order does not extend the time we have the records reserved for you.
I have a company within the EU. Will you deduct VAT from my order?
Since we are not adding VAT to the record prices we can't deduct the whole VAT amount from your order. We will however offer you some extra discount.
Can I place my order via telephone or email?
No, we will only accept orders placed via the shopping cart. If you are having problems using the shopping cart, see the question "I'm having problems with the shopping cart".
Are all records on the site in stock?
All records that say "IN STOCK" or "NEW IN STOCK" should be in stock. It may happen though that the record was just sold in the shop or that someone else placed an order for the same record just ahead of you, but we try to keep the list as up to date as possible.
I'm having problems with the shopping cart
Some customers may experience problems with the shopping cart if they are behind a firewalled network or if using very old computers or web browsers. You may also experience problems if your web browsers security settings are set at maximum. Try changing the security settings to medium level. Also make sure your browser accepts "cookies" and that "Java" and "Java script" are enabled. If you are still encountering problems when ordering, please send us a mail describing the problem, and also include info about the computer you are using, operating system (windows, osx etc), browser and browser version (microsoft internet explorer 6.0, netscape 8.1, firefox etc). firstname.lastname@example.org
Is the picture in the listing showing the same copy that you have in stock?
Sometimes we re-use the picture from a previously sold copy, so it's not 100% certain that the picture in the listing displays the copy in stock. If a record is VG the picture will always show the copy in stock.
Do you accept trades?
Yes we are interested in trades. Please use the comment box for trade offers when you place your order. Please include all necessary info such as pressing, condition and trade price.
Do you buy single records and record collections?
Yes we are always interested in buying records. Send us an email to email@example.com with what you have to offer. Please include Artist, Title, Label, Pressing, Condition and the price you have in mind.
Is this the original issue?
The listing for every record indicates if it's an original pressing, 2nd pressing or a later pressing. All reissues say "reissue" in the comment. All records that say "original" are original pressings.
